Please note that by booking Axcer Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. We encourage all guests to carefully review these policies before their scheduled session.
Please note that by reserving Axcer Studio, you are committing to the time selected at checkout. We encourage all guests to carefully review their booking details prior to confirming their reservation. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time. If written notice of cancellation or rescheduling is received less than 24 hours before the booking start time, the renter shall remain responsible for 100% of the total booking amount and no refund or credit will be issued. Rental time includes setup, production, breakdown, cleanup, and departure. Guests are expected to vacate the studio by the end of their reserved booking time. Overtime includes any use of the studio outside of the scheduled reservation period. Additional time will be billed at the studio's current hourly rate and charged to the payment method on file. Booking times may not be shortened, refunded, or credited after a reservation has begun.
Guests are expected to leave Axcer Studio in the same condition in which it was found upon arrival. All furniture, décor, props, equipment, and studio furnishings should be returned to their original locations. Axcer Studio contains designer furniture and carefully curated studio pieces. If you need to move any furniture or large items, please contact the host for approval prior to doing so. Damage fees may include a minimum charge of $200. Excessive trash, spills, stains, or floor marks may result in a cleaning fee of $100 or more.
Please do not drag furniture across the floors. If furniture needs to be relocated, it should be lifted and handled carefully. Any special requests involving furniture rearrangement, large production setups, or installation of sets should be discussed with the host prior to your booking.
The white floors and cyc wall are signature features of Axcer Studio. Heavy items should be lifted rather than dragged across the floor. The curved transition areas of the cyc wall are particularly delicate and can be damaged easily. Guests should avoid stepping, sitting, placing equipment, or applying pressure directly on the curved corners. The cyc wall should not be climbed on or used as a support surface for equipment, furniture, or props. Excessive damage may result in cleaning, repair, or repainting fees.
All equipment, props, sets, wardrobe items, decorations, and personal belongings brought into the studio must be removed before the end of the booking. Any request to leave items inside the studio after your rental period must be approved in writing.
Axcer Studio is located on the 4th floor of a historic industrial warehouse building in East Downtown Houston. There is no elevator access. The studio is accessible exclusively by a spiral staircase. Due to the age and historic nature of the building, indoor temperatures may occasionally fluctuate with outdoor conditions. Guests acknowledge and accept the unique characteristics associated with a historic industrial building.
Guests are responsible for the safety and conduct of all members of their party. Axcer Studio shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, theft, loss of personal property, or damages incurred during a rental session.
Axcer Studio utilizes a door camera positioned at the studio entrance. The camera records only arrivals and departures from the studio and is not intended to monitor activities within the studio space itself. Footage is reviewed only when necessary to investigate security concerns, property damage, policy violations, or booking disputes.
By booking, entering, or using Axcer Studio, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, and conditions outlined above.

Axcer Studio is a creative photography studio located in the heart of East Downtown Houston. Housed in a 100-year-old warehouse, the space features raw exposed brick, flooded natural light, and a seamless white cyc wall.
Founded by Axcer, a photographer and creative director with a passion for helping artists bring their visions to life. The studio was designed to give creators a world-class space without the world-class price tag.
